Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Almanac, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Almanac is a goal and habit tracker. A free "Discover" plan lets you keep one goal; a one-time payment of €9.99 unlocks unlimited goals.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 or the age of digital consent in your country.

Purchase & licence

The €9.99 purchase is a one-time payment granting you a personal, non-transferable right to use the unlimited features for as long as the service operates ("own it forever"). It is not a subscription.

Prices are shown in euro and may change for future purchases; your completed purchase is unaffected.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Refunds

14-day refund on request.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data, and no automated abuse of the API.

Your data

You own the goals and content you create. Deleting your account removes your content, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability & "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you are responsible for keeping your own records where important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using Almanac and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and disputes are subject to its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: contact@almanac.to.
